Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic form of yoga in which we can experience meditation in motion that is carried by the breath.
By practicing a specific breathing technique, we learn to let the energy flow in our body and in this way develop strength and space for movement. This creates an inner balance of stability and flexibility as well as activity and relaxation, which has an immediate beneficial effect on body and mind.
We learn and deepen the elements of Ujjayi Bandhas and Asanas and integrate them into an effective yoga practice.
We conclude each unit with an extensive relaxation.
The course is addressing both beginners to get started and experienced practitioners to deepen their yoga practice.
